“I stayed there for two weeks and it was really great. The rooms were very clean, and having an on-site laundry made life so much easier. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. From what I read online, this place seems to be an all-suite extended-stay hotel with kitchenettes, a fitness center, and complimentary breakfast every morning. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so finding food is easy. However, the location isn’t very convenient for visiting other cities, so having a car is essential. Without one, I wouldn’t really recommend it.”

“Good value, good location, and free parking. The rooms have individual HVAC units instead of central air, so you have full control over the room temperature. The unit was also not too loud even on the high fan setting. The windows can crack open a few inches as well, which was nice for getting some fresh air. The hotel feels newer and very well kept, and the location is excellent. It’s in a relatively quiet area but still close to lots of great restaurants and dessert spots. There’s also a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located in the adjacent parking structure. Free parking and complimentary unlimited bottled water at the front desk were appreciated perks too. The kitchenette was very useful and included a stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The main mattress was comfortable enough, though the sofa bed mattress was definitely on the cheaper side and you could feel the springs pretty easily. A couple minor downsides: the TVs could be better, and I do wish the rooms had a small lockbox/safe for valuables. Also, the parking garage spaces are somewhat narrow with lower clearance, so larger trucks may struggle a bit. Overnight parking is only allowed in the garage levels above the ground floor.”

“My girlfriend's family was so happy with the service. Of course the basics of a good room, great staff and good location were there. On top of that, we were accommodated really well by a couple of the staff, specifically Joey and the manager working at the time. We needed to extend the stay because of some complications with moving her disabled family member with us, and the staff were able to make things workout even though it was a challenge. They were so thankful for the empathy and extra care and hospitality! Would recommend”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Residence Inn San Jose Cupertino. The location alone is a huge win—surrounded by tons of great dinner options, many of which are easy to order from on Uber Eats. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with full amenities including a kitchen, desk area, and plenty of room to settle in. Having free laundry available was a major bonus during a longer stay. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely incredible—genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room itself was extremely comfortable, from the carpet and couch to the pillows and the fabulous King bed. Plenty of towels, too, which I always appreciate. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and great value. Highly recommend.”
